We are happy to offer a range of prices which vary depending on the hair stylists experience level, and your desired result. There may be additional fees depending on the amount of product needed to achieve your desired look. We utilize tools like Salon Scale to measure our product so that our pricing is accurate and consistent.
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your service please let us know within 7 days and we will do our best to make it right. However, hair grows, roots show, colors fade, treatments wear off, ends split and we cannot fix it for you if you wait longer than 7 days past your service to share your feedback! We do not provide refunds on any service.
Prices do not include HST.
Deposits are required for all online bookings, and all new clients booking any chemical service. We may use our discretion to ask for deposits in other circumstances. We kindly ask for deposits to be paid withing 24 hours of booking your appointment, alternatively we will reopen that appointment slot to another client. We ask for 48 hour notice for any changes or cancellations to avoid forfeiting your deposit.
